CVC number (usually the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card)
Cardholders Full Postal Address - this must include the house number and postcode (a PO BOX cannot be accepted for this)
Cardholders Contact Telephone Number (not Mobile)
We are sorry but we do not accept Cheques, Cash, Money Orders, Bank Drafts or Postal Orders
